Submitting a request on this site or booking a visit is a request for service, not a contract for a specific repair. Pricing works the way the site describes: a flat service-call fee covers the visit and diagnosis, you approve an itemized price before any repair work begins, and the fee is credited toward the repair you approve. Appliance rentals are governed by their own written rental agreement.
